It’s been about six months since we released Tailwind CSS v3.0, and even though we’ve been collecting a lot of little improvements in the codebase since then, we just didn’t have that-one-feature yet that makes you say “okay, it’s release-cuttin’ time”.

With Stable Diffusion, you may never believe what you see online again

AI image generation is here in a big way. A newly released open source image synthesis model called Stable Diffusion allows anyone with a PC and a decent GPU to conjure up almost any visual reality they can imagine. It can imitate virtually any visual style, and if you feed it a descriptive phrase, the results appear on your screen like magic.

Apple releases iOS 15.7 for old devices and people who don’t want iOS 16 yet

Microsoft is adding full theme support to its Windows Terminal this week. The customization support allows Windows Terminal users to alter the appearance of tabs, the window, and even background images for the Terminal interface. Microsoft has also tweaked Windows Terminal to always use a dark theme, rather than following the Windows system theme.
